Lži, všude samé lži

To nejhorší na velkých konfliktech, jako je arabsko-židovský, je, že obě strany lžou a každá špinavost je jim dobrá.

Podívejme se nyní na pokus očernit Theodora Herzla. Ten údajně ve svém deníku z roku 1895 napsal toto: "We shall try to spirit the penniless [Palestinian] population across the border by procuring employment for it in the transit countries whilst denying it any employment in our own country ... Both the process of expropriation and the removal of the poor must be carried out discreetly and circumspectly." (takto ho cituje Jonathan Cook (PDF))

Už když jsem to četl, tak mi to přišlo podezřelé. Tak jsem na Internetu našel skutečný citát:

When we occupy the land, we shall bring immediate benefits to the state that receives us. We must expropriate gently the private property on the estates assigned to us.
